近几年来，随着国家对三农问题的重视力度不断加大，农村的文化建设也在蓬勃地发展和繁荣，村民的.文化生活也日益丰富化、多样化。就我调查的范围和人群来说，村民对当前的情况是基本满意的，但也存在着一些不容忽视的问题。

1、当前存在的问题

a、在我这次调查石塘下村中，有近42%的村民在打扑克、搓麻将的时候赌过钱，虽然数额不大，一般都是一元、两元，并且按这些村民所说，“如果不来点小意思，就找不到人跟你玩”，这种风气应尽快阻止。

b、石塘下村中有近20%的家庭信仰基督教，在该村传播中，为了吸纳更多的教徒，常向村民传扬一些迷信思想，如：“信基督者得病可以不用打针吃药，有主保佑病就能好”。

c、部分村民将之前在农村生活中的一些习惯带入到新小区中，给其他居民带来不便。

2、几点建议

1加强建设。为村民提供更好的生活环境，如：图书馆、健身器材、电影院等。

2重视教育。上级部门应针对村民需求，为他们提供学习机会，提高全民文化素质。

3加强农村学校的教育管理工作。应提高乡村教师的知识水平和道德水平，使农村的孩子能得到良好的教育，真正地学到文化知识，提高文化素质，这必将对未来农村的发展有深远的影响。
